If anything's still unclear, our team responds to every member message in under 24 hours.
Your membership is billed monthly in advance. Each visit during that month is already paid for, so there are no per-visit invoices to chase. Chemicals used during a visit are itemised separately and charged to your card on file.
Every chemical added to your pool is logged with its quantity and cost in your dashboard. You only pay for what your pool actually needs. There are no markups hidden inside a vague 'service' fee.
We send confirmation reminders before every visit. If our technician can't get safe access on the day, we'll log it, message you, and reschedule. You're never charged for a visit that didn't go ahead.
Your choice. At signup you pick either a 12-month service agreement (best rate — locked in for the year, auto-renews annually with 30 days' notice to decline) or cancel anytime (a $10/visit flexibility premium, month-to-month with 7 days' notice). Same service either way — just different commitment.
Yes — upgrading to a higher tier or increasing your visit frequency takes effect at your next visit. Downgrades and frequency reductions take effect at the start of your next billing month. Pricing adjusts automatically.
Yes. Every visit produces a report with water test results, tasks completed, chemicals added, and any equipment notes. Reports are emailed to you and stored in your dashboard for as long as you're a member.
